About The Cactus Club
The Cactus Club is one of the plant nurseries listed in Charlotte, North Carolina. The business is registered at 909 Central Ave Ste 1, Charlotte, NC 28204; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.
In Charlotte, garden centers are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have more time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in North Carolina, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Many nurseries close or shorten hours in winter, so check the listing for current hours and Google rating before you go.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. Typical hours are 11 amβ6 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Tuesday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file. More information is available on its website, itsthecactusclub.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 96 reviews, which is a strong result for a plant nursery in Charlotte and suggests consistent service.
Charlotte is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Charlotte follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I wish I could share a good review but I couldn't even get into the store. They said they were open 12-3, I checked multiple socials to check the open amd closed times, and when I got there they were closed with no note or anything on the door. I am from out of town and was very very disappointed. I had seen this store on several YouTube channels and was looking forward to going. Word to the wise, don't waste your gas or time hoping to get lucky and they decide to be open.

Update: all of the plants I purchased from the cactus club are all doing fantastic! Philodendron glorious is getting a moss pole now, silver stripe philodendron is becoming unmanageable per usual, the Hoya cutting is rooted and is starting to send up a new shoot and I didnβt include the bargain bin maranta I purchased to propagate, but Iβve now included it in the pictures below, All six of the cuttings from the mother plant rooted and are now in pots of their own, AWSOME value. Canβt speak well enough of this shop. Excellent. The best place Iβve been in the charlotte area for house plants, Awsome customer service and excellent products. All plants in the shop have a premium look, and are well taken care of! If your looking to buy a premium product for a good price then look no further and the cactus club! Also, if you hate mixing your own soil (like I do) there are great looking pre mixed soils there just for you! (And me).

Cannot say enough good things about this place!!! Such a great selection of not only plants, but pots, fun plant accessories (and human accessories). Ivy and Sully are both SO sweet and helpful with any plant questions, even if itβs not one you bought from them! Theyβre very reasonably priced AND Iβm allowed to bring my (very well behaved) dog with me. Always a plus! Highly recommend to any plant lover.

The cutest, tiny little plant store! Had a lovely experience here with a very knowledgeable and patient person helping me find the perfect houseplants for my house (depending on ease of care, light needs, and my cat who eats every plant he sees). She taught me that one of the plants I already have is very poisonous to cats which I'm so thankful for because I had the houseplant before receiving a kitten so I hadn't realized that before. They have cute branded paper bags, the cutest Monsterras, Phillidendrians, Calathias and more (excuse my spelling, I'm fairly new to the indoor plant world.) They have the best selection of popular/trending, gorgeous houseplants that I've found in Charlotte. I picked up 3 new plants, some awesome care tips for a plant I already have (thanks to the shop person for those!), and some gorgeous pots. Totally "instagramable" and "scrapbook worthy" shop! Also, shopping small businesses is the best feeling! The pots were pricier than other places, but the plants were a great price (in my opinion) for gorgeous/popular house plants that bigger nurseries don't carry. The plants all look so healthy and cared for and the vibe is so positive in the shop. A tiny tr
